At
Las Virgenes Rancho Composting Facilty, the water district
produces Community
Compost (click here for the brochure) from biosolids
received from the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility.
This compost is available FREE OF CHARGE to
anyone who wants to come and pick it up. Our Community
Compost is similar to the garden amendments sold at
local stores."

Saturday, from 8am to 1pm (except holidays)

Las Virgenes, at the crossroads of Las Virgenes
Road and Lost Hills Road in Calabasas

How: Bring
your own container(s) and shovel. Each individual
is responsible for filling their own containers.
Open vehicles must be covered.
