Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD), in conjunction with Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), offers this rebate program in an effort to help reduce the amount of water used by LVMWD customers.
Replace higher volume flush toilets or Ultra-Low-Flush toilets (ULFTs); you'll save water and get a rebate as well.
