Bills must be paid by the due date. Partial payments are not accepted; please pay the full amount due. (In anticipation of an extended vacation or similar situation, it is possible to "pay ahead" by posting a credit balance [overpayment] to your account.)

You can pay your bill using any of the following methods ~

  • Mail a check or money order for the full amount due in the pre-addressed envelope that arrived with your statement.

  • Cash or check payments are accepted "in person" at our office at 4232 Las Virgenes Rd. in Calabasas during regular business hours, Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can use the Express Payment Box located in the lobby for check or money order payments; or get a receipt for the transaction for check or cash payments by paying at the register.

  • An "After Hours" Payment Drop Box is located to the left of the main entrance doors of the headquarters building. Please do not use the drop box for cash payments.

  • Auto Pay
    With AutoPay, your bank will automatically deduct your Las Virgenes Municipal Water District bill payment from your checking account. You can escape the chore of writing checks, posting payments, and licking stamps. You'll still have a chance to review your bi-monthly bill before payment. The FORM is available on-line in PDF format, or you can call customer service at 818.251.2200 and they will gladly mail one to you.

  • Credit Card Payment - You may now pay using a major credit card through the Internet or a touch-tone telephone. A convenience fee will be added by the credit card processor for using this payment option. Credit card payments cannot be accepted by our office personnel by mail, phone or "in person" transactions.   • Electronic Payments - When you pay your bill using your banks on-line service or another on-line payment company, Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD) receives the payments electronically.

    When entering LVMWD as a payee, you must enter all 16 digits from your LVMWD bill into the account number field. If this is not done properly, payment can be delayed, misapplied, or rejected. This is a major change for customers who already pay their LVMWD bill on-line. Please verify the information you currently have in your payee field and if necessary, please make corrections.
