LVMWD offers this payment alternative as a convenience for our customers. This option responds to requests from customers seeking another method for timely bill payment when they are traveling, about to pass their payment due date, or are unable to pay through traditional choices; in-person at LVMWD headquarters, by mail, AutoPay, or electronic payments through a bank or bill pay service.

To avoid passing on the charge from the credit card companies (2-5% of charge) the most cost-effective option for our customers was for the district to contract this service through a third-party vendor who charges a convenience fee of $6.75 for credit cards and $5.00 for debit/check card payments. In this way, the extra cost for these types of payments is borne only by those who use these options.

  • Credit Card payment - $6.75

  • Transfer from Checking Account - $5.00
