Las Virgenes MWD now offers on-line account information. Once you register, you can look up past transactions and water usage. You can request services or ask us a question. Best of all, if you choose to we will notify you by e-mail when your bill is ready for downloading from this site.
Our software only supports the newer versions of Internet
Explorer. If you have an older version of Explorer 4.0 or below or a different
browser, like Netscape or FireFox, you may not be able to use our
on-line system.
If you use a spam blocker, be sure to add customer_service@LVMWD.com as
a trusted contact so our e-mails are not rejected. This is especially important
if you have signed up for E-billing, as billing by mail will cease once you
have specified E-billing.
You will need your Customer # and your Account # to
register. You can find these numbers on your last bill. Your Customer # is 6
bold numbers and your Account # is 10 normal numbers. Click
