| What should I do in case
of a water emergency?
District service staff are on
call 24–hours a day to respond to water and sewer
emergencies.
Call (818) 251-2100 and follow the instructions on the
recording. Staff will be paged and will get back to you
shortly. (Be certain to leave a phone
number where you can be reached.)
If your emergency involves a water leak, you can turn
off the water supply to your home. Simply follow the
instructions found under how
to turn off your water.
