Listed below are options to pay your monthly bill. 

Bills must be paid in full by the due date. Partial payments are not accepted. In anticipation of an extended vacation or similar situation, it is possible to “pay ahead” by posting a credit balance (overpayment) to your account. 

After-hours A drop box located to the left of the main entrance doors of the headquarters building is available. Do not use the drop box for cash payments. Please be sure to indicate your account information and the address of the service.

Auto-payclick here to sign up for automatic payment of your monthly billing from your checking or saving account. You can choose to have the payment made on the date the billing is received or the due date of the bill. You must set up a user account by selecting the Enroll tab at the top, and then proceed to My Payments/Automatic Payments.

Banking Bill Pay Services - Now you can sign up through your financial institution to make a one-time or automatic payments. Just select LVMWD as the payee and enter all 16 digits from your bill into the account field.

Cash or check payments- are accepted at 4232 Las Virgenes Rd., Calabasas during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m to 5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Credit Card Payments** - Through the Internet or with a touch-tone telephone, you can pay your bill using a major credit card. A convenience fee of $6.75 will be added by the credit card processor for using this payment option. Click here and select the Credit Card Payment tab or call 1-855-277-7987.

Electronic/On-Line Payments** – Click here for on-line payment processing. You must set up a user account to make an electronic payment using your checking or savings account. Be sure to select the Enroll tab at the top. After registering, to make future payments, click here, and just log in.

**Payments made after 4 p.m. may not be credited to the account for up to two (2) business days.  (If you have received a disconnection notice, please call Customer Service at 818.251.2200 before making a payment.)

If you pay your bill on-line using your bank or an online bill pay service, you must select LVMWD as the payee and enter all 16 digits from your bill into the account field. Incorrect or missing information may cause a 5-7 day delay in receiving payment.

Pay by Mail
Use the convenient return envelope provided to you with your bill. Detach and enclose the bill stub with your check or money order. Do not send cash.
