Dear Valued Customer:
Every day, the staff at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD) is dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, high quality water service to the homes, schools and businesses in our service area. I’m pleased to present this annual water quality report to you that demonstrates we have again achieved the objectives of meeting stringent state and federal water quality standards. In many measured categories, LVMWD’s water performed far better than the specified standards. As the title of this report suggests, we’re committed to quality at every step from “A” to “Z” that brings water to your home.
Please take a few moments to examine the information in this report. It contains important data on our water quality testing results along with helpful explanations on several topics of interest.
I also invite you to remain an informed customer on an ongoing basis – through our customer publication The Current Flow, which accompanies each billing statement as well as being available online. Our website, www.LVMWD.com, contains a wealth of information on water quality and, more importantly, on water conservation measures. You are also invited to attend meetings of the LVMWD Board of Directors, which are scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. at our Headquarters Building, 4232 Las Virgenes Road in Calabasas. Check the website for meeting schedule updates and agenda information.
We remain committed to serving your needs 24/7/365. If you have suggestions on ways we can improve or if you have questions about any aspect of your water service, please call Customer Service Supervisor Carol Palma at 818.251.2200.
